The place is very clean and the people are quite friendly. Our order was ready in minutes and the food. OH MY GOSH, THE FOOD!!!!!!!! I have no words. All I can say is IT WAS A BLESSING TO THE SOUL!!!!!!!!! Next time I am in Lufkin, this will be the go-to place.“

“I visited this place this afternoon and honestly loved it. There was a line of people waiting to order, but Donny appeared very professional; the line moved smoothly and quickly thanks to him. When my turn came, Donny was very friendly—he greeted me the moment I walked in. “so glad we found this hidden gem...they close at 3 and we arrived after 2. everything was fresh...buffet was well stocked with homemade food...everything tidy...we were not rushed...when we left there was people still eating and the buffet was still fully stocked...they did not start breaking it down or asking people if they were finished. awesome job“

“Service needs improvement. The kids working seem like everything is a bother and no one wants to see baseball Suze hickies on the person touching their food. They need to spend more time training on how to treat customers and what appearance means and how important it is.“

“Normally one of the best McDonald’s around. Prompt service and hot food. Disappointed last night, I received my DQP/cheese with only the top of the bun and no bottom. Too long to go back through the line. It was good just harder to eat. I get it, it happens. Not mad, will be back just disappointed!“

“I never usually come to sonic but my expectations were definitely exceeded. I ordered my 7$ big deal and drink and not even 15 minutes later it had arrived. Food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. I was greeted by a young lady named Selena and she made sure all my needs were met. I’m overall satisfied with this location. Workers are always the friendliest and i have no complaints whatsoever. This location definitely needs more attention.“

“I placed an ordered on the app so I could get my drInk 50% off and got some cheese fries. The order came out quickly and the server was very nice. Been awhile since I've been to this location but it was just as busy as ever. They use to have a restroom at the end of the building for the public. I love the outdoor sitting area but it's just too hot in East Texas for that right now. Use their app and get you a discounts off of different drinks and treats. Plus you get your order quickly! Sonic's are not dine in, you order on the app, at your individual com you pull up and park to, or there is a drive-thru line.“

“Out of the 3 Mcdonalds we have here in town, I would say this is tied for first with the one on the loop, depending on what time of day you arrive. The last 3 times I dined here, the food was FRESH. The time before that was kinda meh.. but not to the point that I was dissatisfied. Its Mcdonalds, quick and cheap food that I didn't have to make myself! What more could you ask for? Well, maybe a more sensible parking lot.. but that's beside the point.“
