“Such a cute spot! I'm in Luling for a few days this week and I decided to have lunch at Mom's Front Porch after seeing great reviews on Yelp. There is no menu in the restaurant, they describe themselves as a "walking talking menu". You have the options of white or wheat bread, a variety of meats, and a few selection of toppings. I decided on a half chicken salad sandwich and it was very good. A generous helping of chicken salad on homemade white bread. I will probably be back tomorrow for lunch, and recommend this spot to anyone passing through Luling.“
“As a local I hate to say anything negative but the food was bland. The staff is wonderful! Don't get me wrong on that part. Two of us had fajitas and one had steak ranchero. The fajitas had almost zero seasoning. The steak ranchero was more along the line of a bland carne guisada. I will give them praise for their chicken fried steak. It's what I usually eat here.“
“I love this little coffee joint! So far everything I have had is delicious. Their prices reflect the quality, the mocha chocolate is sourced from overseas & tastes so fresh. I worry that the prices will scare buisness off but know you are getting quality ingredents. I enjoy getting a hot mocha latte with 2 scoops of the tennessee whiskey icecream. The girls are always so welcoming, and encouraging of the icecream samples. I use to work for 31 flavors & cold stone & they remind me of those days. I drive from Kingsbury just to get those items & will continue to show my support. Keep it up girls!“
