Customer service was terrible - out of everything we asked for , management never addressed this problem. Just bought gift cards for my adult kids and regretted it after we tried to use them and could not get anything we liked at this location. When we did get served our sundae that we didn’t want we got it with warm whipped cream and melted icecream . I tossed it when I got home. Worst baskin Robbins ever!
