“For a first time going to a Waffle house at 9:30 in the AM, I was quite impressed. Coffee was good, eggs were good, hash browns were a bit undercooked but it's Waffle House. Staff was very nice and friendly and asked for refills when they noticed the coffee was getting low. 8.5/10“

“College street location needs to be closed, I waited 45 min for a cup of water and when I got up to leave the server Zack told me thank you
That was the worst service I have ever received I thought I was going to have to wait until tomorrow to eat, got here and was sat and eating within 10 min and they had way more people than the 2 customers College street had..
But I came to this location and received the service and attention I deserved that manager John made sure I was taken care of and was very friendly and prompt I recommend EastTex IHOP before any…!“

“We stopped in this morning on the way to Houston. Our waitress was super nice and took our order immediately. Out of Boredom or curiosity I decided to time our order. From the time she started to call out our order until she sat it down at our table was 3 min and 28 seconds. It was correct as delicious as always. They never disappoint. Thanks Lumberton Waffle House.“
