Potbelly is a sweet sandwich spot with a lovely atmosphere. The team provides excellent customer service and is helpful and cooperative. Zed fixed a sandwich with no fuss when a request for no salami was missed. Cameron recommended a sandwich that was amazing. Claudia suggested the new chicken sandwich, which is killer. Employees like Claudia welcome customers with a smile and a genuine hello, and interact so friendly with customers. The service is utterly amazing, the sandwiches are amazing, and the overall experience is great. It is always nice to have good food from nice people who care about what they are making. 10/10 would come again.
