Had stop coming to this burger king for awhile cause management and customer service and food was bad. I decided to go again and now they are under new management and customer service was a lot better. The food was good too. Ralph is the new manager for the evening and was very nice. Brianna who took my order was friendly and sweet. The cook was great too. Will definitely be coming back again 😊
We recently visited the burger king in lytle, and it was an amazing experience. It was my husband, myself, and 4 kids (8,6,3,1). Ralph and Sergio were very professional and made sure the order was fresh and we were happy. They made the atmosphere very family friendly, which is hard for us to fully get at restaurants due to the kids being hyper. The restaurant was clean and especially the restrooms. Unfortunately we received our meals raw . We did get a refund. But this was the first time we had a bad experience here. Disappointed. We will be staying away for a while. Our food was raw. They cooked one side and left the other side raw. It was still cold. Honestly don't recommend.
