Loved our experience we had. We brought out of town guests in for the first time. They had a lot of questions which I didn't know and the lady named Nancy or Macy if I misheard was very helpful. I am assuming she is the owner or manager. They were extremely busy, but she went out of her way to answer every question. The snowcones were so soft. Our guests are already planning another trip here when they come back next month.
Just stopped in today, service was fast and the employees were great but some lady in a purple shirt (manager) I’m guessing was overly rude to her employees. Yelling and very passive aggressive towards them

However, this experience has been great at this location on 1488 near the Home Depot. The employees were very welcoming took care of me as soon as I came to the front and the flavors of the shaved ice were really, really good.
