Food and atmosphere were great! My only complaint is I placed an order on the app to deliver to my house and it toke 2 hours and 30minutes to get there!!! I tried to call the person in charge of my order but no answer! Called at least 7 times and still no answer. It wouldn’t let me cancel the order because it was “already made.” I eventually got the order but was so mad. And immediately regretted my $15 tip😡

The place is always freezing cold. Waited in line and almost left because of the air vents. They say they only blast Hot or Cold air, no way to turn them down.

Worker gave me such little portions and said “this is the most I can give you sir 🤓, unless if you wanna pay for double ”, I’ve gotten way more every time I get chipotle. Ridiculous how he’s probably getting paid like 12 an hour and policing portions as if the food comes out of his pocket, absolutely ridiculous. I love chipotle but this branch is horrible.

Ordered through the app $90 worth of food. 6 entrees. I only received 1. No human to talk with. Chatbot sent a refund of 5 entrees, but as I try to reorder, you’re limited to one free entree per online order. And it’s a $10 minimum for online orders

I can't believe that my first time eating at this location. They sold me some stale chips. And they were also crumbled a lot of them at the bottom of the bag. When I went through the drive-thru the service was very fast but I will never eat here again. I just add them to the long list of terrible fast food restaurants in in near Montgomery, Texas

Clueless high school kids don't even know there is a line of cars in the drive thru pick up. I waited patiently for 10 mins while the Inside crew was standing around. Then, I had to bang on the side window and wave my hands to get their attention. Finally, a member came to ask my order name and didn't apologize or address the unreasonable wait and just gave me my order. (FYI they were NOT busy inside)

This location cheats you out of so many portion sizes it’s unbelievable. I’ve had to stop ordering for online pickup because they always give you the smallest amounts you’ve ever seen, and I’ve had to have them remake the food way too many times! If you’re ordering from here, go inside and make sure you actually get what you pay for.
