We visited the Chipotle in Magnolia as a family on a very busy Sunday, and we were so impressed! Even with the rush, the team was professional, kind, and efficient. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff and manager went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Truly great service and teamwork — they deserve recognition! 👏🌯❤️

Decided to try this chipotle out since the other locations have been a complete fail. Placed a pickup order- super simple- rice, steak, sour cream, and cheese. Instead, they made a BEAN burrito with NO steak! (Which I absolutely hate beans) Not sure how this is even possible. A complete waste of time and money- it’s not exactly cheap! Also ordered another burrito for my boyfriend and they forgot to put sour cream. Is there an actual good Chipotle out there?? You get way better service at Cava and Salata.

Long time chipotle customer, already expected small portions but this location has to be stingiest of them all, I got maybe 5 pieces of steak. Got there at 730, they were already out of lettuce, medium salsa and corn.

Always running out of something (proteins, vegetables, guacamole) even 1.5 hours before closing. Their portions of protein are fit for a 10-year old. Ask for any more and they want to charge you a ridiculous amount for “double” protein. I don’t even bother with this location because of recurring issues not having anything I want at 8:30 when they close at 10:00.

1. Parking is terrible. Theres already limited parking & they have several spots for pick up when you already have a drive thru. 2. They give you half a spoon of rice. Im not asking for more. Im asking for what I pay for. All my son eat is rice, chicken & queso. I had to ask her to give me the full spoon of rice. Last time he finished his food and was still hungry as a 6 year old. Imagine how small of portion they are giving. Def isnt filling an adult. So I go to the tomball location now. They give you what you pay for.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I drove 5 minutes home with my burrito bowl and it was COLD. Seriously doesn’t even seem sanitary how cold they served this food. Workers were rude and attitude explains the horrible food conditions.

This Chipotle must be running a new diet plan: charge $11 and give you barely enough food to feed a toddler. The rice? Half-cooked and crunchy like it belonged in a bird feeder. The staff? About as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. Ordering online here is basically setting money on fire, and walking into the store isn’t any better. Save yourself the disappointment—this location is where burritos go to die. Not retuning here anymore. This store management better take a note of these reviews and take action.

I normally don’t go to this Chipotle location but did in a pinch. This is the most poorly run place ever. The food prep area was a mess. Food spilled everywhere and no one cleaning it up. They were dragging my burrito through dropped food leaving a mess on the foil. The portions were really small and the chips were stale. Not going back to this location

I’ve ordered Chipotle TWICE today and both times my bowls were about enough food for a toddler. I pay $11.75 for my bowl with NO MEAT and get basically a “snack-sized” portion. Ridiculous & will not be returning.
