I got the brisket sandwich and was disappointed. š„² The brisket was so hard to the point of it being inedible. I'm not sure what went wrong here but I was excited for it since the advertisements make it look so GOOD! I will say that the BBQ sauce was quite nice and the staff was very friendly.

OK, maybe I'm asking too much. Its been awhile, but I've been to Dickey's in other areas many times. I've always enjoyed their product. I'm now in the Houston area. I've enjoyed the College Station location a few times, but this is my first Houston area visit. My wife was craving Dickey's and I enjoy the jalapeno cheese sausage so she placed an online order and I made the hour drive to the location. I gotta tell you first off, this location is a KB Hot Chicken, not a dedicated Dickey's. Upon arrival I was told that they did not carry MOST (about 80%) of my order. Keep in mind that the order was placed on their website and it was 11:30am. so they couldn't be out.......they really don't carry several items that you can order online? Maybe the chicken is good, but I would never recommend this particular location for any Dickie's purchase.

Donāt go! Saw them on instagram and decided to give them a shot. Went a little after lunch time Monday and 95% of the menu was out of stock. Waste of trip. Ended up with a grilled chicken sandwich which was undercooked
If I could give this place zero stars. I would the meat was dry and didnāt even have a bbq taste to it. Mac & cheese was watery with no flavor. I barely ate my food. Definitely didnāt taste like Dickeys. We should have known when we saw no one in there and no one else came in the time we waited for food.

We went expecting to get good food for the price. It was ok. The brisket in the sandwich combo and 3 meat plate were dry when we got home which is about 15 mins away. The brisket chili fries were disappointing. Just chopped up brisket. No nacho cheese like in the description on their website. Just brisket, shredded cheese and a lot of hot sauce. Not that much flavor other than like a spoonful of hotsauce. Maybe try switching the hot sauce for bbq sauce or an actual cheese sauce next time. Also ask customers if theyāre ok with using hot sauce.
Why can't I get a refund?ā¦ The food can not be delivered even tho your website says that. Refund my money please
