I ordered on the app for a delivery at a later time in the day.

When I got the order, one of the boxes (garlic knots) was open. The garlic bites were cold. However, based on everything else, I don't believe it is the delivery driver's fault and it might have already been cold before delivery.

I ordered pepperoni & black olive pizza, no black olives.

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with ham added The pizza was cold, hard and stale. The cheese was hard to choose, like eating plastic. The ham was so hard that it was painful to eat. It's like they made it and let it sit until it was time for delivery.

The loaded chicken tasted burnt.

Walked in and placed my order. Watched the working crew create pizzas. 20 minutes later my pizza was put in the oven. Was a great waste of time walking in and will not visit this place again. No rush, and no thought to take care of the customer in your facility first. I went until I asked if I was forgotten that I actually received action! I was standing right there watching the facility!

Never had a problem with my pizza before but today on one of the easiest pizzas they didn't even cover the whole pizza and 4 slices of my large pizza barely had any topping or sauce

Twice now I have received garbage pizza in an unreasonable amount of time. They have gone way downhill which is sad because of their competition. I will go elsewhere from now on.

First time ordering from this location, 7103 FM 1488 Magnolia.
I usually order from the Research Forest location, which is always excellent. Ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta bowl on Thursday. All 3 pizzas were SKIMPY on the sause and cheese. You could see the crust throughout the whole pizza. The pasta bowl was barely under half full. I will never order from this location again.

This Dominos has become a favorite of mine. I work close by and I often go there to eat. The staff are all extremely nice to me. The food is made quickly and perfectly and the management there is very professional. Love the staff, love the food and love the manager too, dude is awesome.

I order from uber 2 times the restaurant forgot my dips both the times and drive was very nice and said we apologize for the inconvenience and I will give you free large pizza. I didn’t believe it so I called the restaurant after 2 weeks, the person on the phone took my order and said yes it’s on us. I called after 1hr 30mins to check on the order they said of sorry we forgot to mention you have to pick it up. I was furious and mention I’ll pay for the pizza please deliver I can’t drive they refused. Please don’t order from them it’s waste of time better order from Pizza Hut or papa John’s their service is better.

Don’t order the cheese dip because you will never get more than 2 tablespoons. They charge you so much for so little product. They really seem like stingy cheapskates and this is ordering three times or more same thing. I’ll just go somewhere else where they’re not so stingy.

Order pizza and it was 2 hrs late it was cold and when I reported it they hung up on me I would never order here they are slow and always under staffed I would drive all the way to Alden bridge and order there and drive back home and the pizza would still be home sooner then ordering here !!!

I ordered 4 pizzas and garlic knots for carry-out, and unfortunately, the garlic knots were half-baked. Additionally, the ‘premium’ chicken was missing, with an abundance of pineapple chunks instead. It’s disappointing when expectations aren’t met, so I’ll be sure to check my order before leaving the pickup window next time. I hope the team can address these issues for future customers.
