Hummingbird Tea Room & Bakery

We were not greeted when we walked in. The food is very overpriced and not the best quality. Customer service needs improvement. We were the only patrons in the establishment and still waited over 30 minutes for a coffee that had to get remade.

This place is an unexpected gem in the corner of a strip mall. The afternoon tea experience was delightful with a great selection of teas, sandwiches and cakes.

Very courteous and thoughtful. Lots of breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, teas and coffee.

We went for Galentine’s (including with my 2 youngest girls) and we had a great time!! Great customer service, everyone was so polite. The teas and food were delicious!! We are looking forward to going back soon. 💖

Now Panicafē Tea Room but STILL excellent! Excellent food, excellent service, delicious teas, and a beautiful mix of vintage English tea sets! They can also make most anything on their menu gluten-free and they offer a Gluten-free Afternoon Tea. There are several Afternoon Teas to choose from, as well as a brunch menu with breakfast entrées and lunch entrées. Highly recommend!

Doesn't accept cash. Looks like new ownership. Bathroom was stinky.

What a jewel of a place. Our tea party was absolutely perfect. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff is there to make sure your experience is amazing. Love this place ♥️

What a wonderful place . Good was all fantastic, all of the service and workers were wonderful and had smiles on their faces . It was truly a pleasure being there for my daughter’s surprise 40th birthday. Highly recommended location

Unfortunately, my recent experience at this tea room was not up to par with previous visits. The staff seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing a welcoming experience, and the prices for tea and pastries were exorbitant for the quality provided.

Based on my most recent visit, i think they may be under new management that doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction or value for money. Sadly, I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I’d recommend prospective customers consider other tea rooms in the area for a more enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

I had a really lovely time. We had a reservation for 4 and a friend of mine got the festive afternoon tea. Everything was good and the tea was delicious! The staff was super friendly and attentive, a lady with a harp was playing live music and the place was full for a Saturday afternoon tea.
