I had a really lovely time. We had a reservation for 4 and a friend of mine got the festive afternoon tea. Everything was good and the tea was delicious! The staff was super friendly and attentive, a lady with a harp was playing live music and the place was full for a Saturday afternoon tea.

I’ve been to other tea rooms in Texas, GA and FL and have to say this was not my favorite experience.

PROS
🟢Teas are organic, and the one I chose was peach white tea. Delicious.
🟢Decor is fun, and they had a cute flower wall for pics. Small “garden” in front to watch cardinals.
🟢 Pesto chicken salad sandwich and turkey wrap were good.

CONS:
🔴 Tea is $45/person for light service ; we chose lunch menu instead.
🔴 Out of about 50 lovely teacups they had, they brought me one with brown cracks inside. I got up and asked for another.
🔴Staff was not attentive and never came to the table to ask if we needed anything. Had to flag them over from their huddle at the counter. Again, we were one of two parties there.
🔴When they brought tea, they brought no sugar, no spoon. I had to get up and self serve sugar, then I got up again to ask for a spoon only to be handed a giant soup spoon. I asked if I could have a small demi tasse spoon instead.
🔴Waldorf salad had apples but not Granny Smith. Disappointing. Also, chicken was not breast.. it was thigh meat and pink. I asked for no walnuts. I got walnuts.
🔴Caprese (misspelled on menu) came with chicken and tomato sauce. Like flatbread pizza. Missing tomatoes and basil, which is the definition of caprese (mozzarella, tomato and basil)
🔴 Made a reservation that could only be 2pm not 2:30. Walked in, and there were over 6 tables available.

Not impressed by service/food for the prices. We won’t be back unless they change management.

We have been going here for years. It has changed owners but the menu remains the same. I like the Curried Chicken Waldorf salad. It is a delightful blend of chicken, walnuts, pears, mixes greens and apples. I am never disappointed and always have leftovers for the next day! Beautiful teas and pastries as well!

CONS: I booked and paid for 2 high teas having received my confirmation. Upon showing up for my reservation I was told they did not have a reservation for me. They kept asking if I was someone else and making me feel awkward. I showed my confirmation email and said they would set up a table. There was 1 tea table already set up however they began to set up a random table close to the door where the line forms to order for regular customers. We waited and I finally noted that the other party had not shown up and we should be allowed to just take that one instead of standing around waiting. Finally we were seated. We had to wait for a really long time to get our first tea course - sandwich and salad. However we received NO beverage until after we had already completed this course. Once they did prepare a water for us (no tea yet) we could see them just pour the water directly from the faucet into the glasses. Overall the service was very poor. One person was working the hardest to get everything to everyone in the beginning but we had to wait a really long time. They only provided 1 plate with the first course which we had to use for our tea sandwiches, desserts and scones which was not pleasant. There was so much dressing left from the salad on the plate that it was impossible to keep them separated and we had to basically eat it all by hand. We were offered after our extremely long tea that we could look over a list for one more tea choice - however they never came back to ask us what we wanted. We did think the tea was really good once we got it.
I have been to tea all over the US and I have to say that this place did not fit the bill for what the price was. Very disappointing. Although this may be a set-up thing, we were able to see them put all the food together through their glass case. We saw them pull out the jam from the huge jars purchased and even saw someone licking her finger after taking some jam out. This is also how we saw them provide tap water to us.
PROS: Beautiful table set-up. Food was not bad but they do put goat cheese on a lot of their menu items so if you are adverse to this cheese you will not be able to eat a large portion of the items.
Overall I do not recommend this establishment for tea with the price point they are providing. It would be better to just go in and order your food and sit down since the food quality is the best part of the experience.

Had a lovely classic tea to celebrate my Mother's birthday. Everything was delicious but I would have enjoyed a little more clotted cream with the scone. Service was excellent & the staff was attentive & thoughtful, they even surprised us with a birthday treat & candle for my Mom.

The magic is gone. Service is terrible. I live in Baytown and would enjoy my visits to this place for the longest time. Under the new management it’s not what I have enjoyed at this visit: I don’t think I will ever visit or endorse this place to friends. I

Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea with my friends. I easily setup a reservation on the website. Everything was ready when we arrived. They accommodated us easily when an unexpected addition wanted to join our party. The 3 teas with service were excellent (black tea house blend, white peach, and London Fog). I absolutely love the cucumber sandwiches! All of us will definitely be repeat customers.

It was a tad expensive, but it was worth it.

Lovely tearoom. A friend took me for first time and we'll return. Huge variety of teas, nice selection of sandwiches including vegetarian. Also serving sweets you'd find at a "high tea".

If you want to book a real tea time experience they have several options priced out for you.

A harpist was there the Saturday we dropped in. Reservations encouraged.

A cozy place with great food and good energy. The owner emphasizes on quality and the food here is organically sourced. Not a lot of people are aware that even the furniture was procured from classic era which adds to the vibe. Also has an outdoor seating with a one of a kind garden. Highly recommend to try out.

We made a reservation to have tea for my daughter’s 6th birthday and I’m so glad we came here! Everything was absolutely lovely, and they had the table decorated with a pink tablecloth with a white lace cloth over top and flowers on the table. We started with the house tea and then got to select three teas. They brought out a special tea for our daughter that changed colors and she thought it was the coolest thing! The finger sandwiches were absolutely delicious as well as the pastries we all received. But the star of the show (other than all the teas) were there scones! They served them with clotted cream and two different options for jams/preserves. The service was also super friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely return and have already recommended it to others.

We had a themed tea experience here for my bachelorette party, and it was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food and tea were delicious. We enjoyed beautiful music by a live harp player and a lovely atmosphere overall. We plan to go back for Galentine’s Day—if not sooner!

Let's start with the positives. People are nice, welcoming and warm. Bakery is clean and organized.

However, we were there for a bit to eat. I got my kids chocolate croissants. They lacked everything a croissant should have; they weren't flakey, or crisp.

The pictures show, these were under baked (middle of the dough is still that raw color) and lacks the lamination a proper croissant should have. And for the price ($5+ each) I would have expected a better effort.

Perhaps we would try something different if we visit again, but I wouldn't be back for the croissant.
