Today I had a bad experience, in this place I placed my order through the application, they informed me that it will take between 7 to 9 minutes to be ready and to wait for a message. 9 minutes passed and since I didn't receive any message I decided to go inside and find out. It turns out that it was already ready and the person at the counter was on his cell phone and I told him I'm coming for my order and he just said like this... I mean they didn't warn me because he was on the cell phone...

I found hair in my fries fo bad and smels terrible . It is not enought cleaning . Someone should report them .

it was so bad. whoever was working the night shift was so rude. on Sunday the seventh at 4:49 AM. She gave us some attitude when we asked why we couldn’t get tiny tacos and she was like they’re cleaning the fryer and we can only get burgers. We went through the drive-through all the way and they weren’t cleaning the fryers and she gave us Hella attitude.

I normally don’t leave reviews but last night I ordered food off the jack in the box app and unfortunately I had only gotten the drink. After i asked the driver about the food she told me they told her that’s all there was. The driver mainly spoke Spanish, luckily I am able to as well. I could tell there was miscommunication and a misunderstanding due to a language barrier.I wanted to post this mostly to tell the young lady who helped us that she was very professional about the whole situation and was very nice. I wish I would’ve gotten her name to give her the credit she deserves. Thank you again for everything last night and even remaking the food fresh for us.
