Never had so much difficulty in a jack n box drive thru. I always get the breakfast combo because it s good deal. This location everytime says they don't have coffee but want to up charge me to get something else. I understand at 12 o'clock they may not have fresh coffee to serve but at least let me substitute for a soda or water. If its on the menu for all day they should have coffee all day. Will not be coming back.

I did a online order for delivery never received my food so I went to the Jack in the box to try to see what was going on. The assistant manager said that she couldn't help me and called the cops on me she literally couldn't remake or give me a refund. Worse Jack in the box to go to.

This is the worst sandwich I have ever had at Jack in the box! I waited for this sandwich because they said they were cooking the chicken the meat looks uncooked and taste horrible! Please don’t purchase food from here unless you want to get sick.

Terrible customer service. I ordered tacos and chicken nuggets but there is no option through DoorDash to change the sauce from ranch to bbq. Not is there an option to add hot sauce to the tacos. I then called the restaurant to have those things added/changed and the old lady said she’d change it for me. Order arrived at my house with NO change. I then drove up to the restaurant to receive those changes. As the old lady explained she didn’t see those options changed. I spoke to you on the phone and you said you’d change it, is it that hard to do your job? Have you ever seen those options changed? Has that option been rescinded? Highly suggest you learn how your online ordering platforms work.

I had a negative experience during my visit on Friday, December 13th around 4 am. The employee taking my order was unable to understand or speak English clearly, which made it difficult to place my order. Additionally, the employee was extremely rude and screamed through the speaker, making it impossible to complete my order.
