Listen, I went to Jersey Mike's at this 1488 location today where I met with a fellow military vet behind the counter. I asked for their recommendation on a sandwich, and they recommended the Big Kahuna from the cheese steak menu. It's either Dustin or Justin who assisted me from start to finish with all of his recommendations. Let me tell you, when I say this sandwich was so fire... I am still underselling it. He suggested this rosemary bread, even put some chipotle sauce on the side which hit the spot. I will definitely be returning to this location specifically, and I am going to have a hard time not getting this identical sandwich again. I might try their Big Chicken Kahuna next. Thanks so much Justin or Dustin for making this experience one to remember.

This was the first time in a while that I have been to Jersey Mike's. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was picking up an online order and I arrived early, but they had just finished the order and were packing it up. The inside also seemed very clean. The sandwiches were great!

Our sandwiches were made well and to our liking. But the staff tonight wasn’t too pleasant. No greeting, food took a little longer which was not the problem, more so no communication on the wait, just not the customer service I’m use to at other locations

Came in for a quick bite and the store was super clean. A gentleman named Bobby, greeted me and was very kind and attentive. He was quick to help me, was updating me about the status of my sandwich the whole time and just made the experience pleasant. Thank you Bobby!

As a family with multiple members who have celiac disease, finding a safe place to eat is no small thing. We’re a big family, so when we spend $75 on a meal, it absolutely has to be worth it for both taste and safety — and this Jersey Mike’s delivered on both.
The staff was extremely careful and professional. They switched gloves, cleaned the prep space and equipment, and made our sandwiches in a separate area. They even triple-checked the order for accuracy and completeness. What really impressed me was how seriously they take cross-contamination — they didn’t rush, and they made sure I felt confident every step of the way.
The food was fantastic, but even more important, it was safe. That kind of consistency and attention to detail is rare, and we are beyond grateful to have a place we can trust. Highly recommend this location for anyone with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Fresh sandwiches + excellent service! I received a coupon in the mail for Jersey Mike's, but had never eaten there. I decided to swing by to grab a sandwich and it was delicious. The meat portions on the sandwiches are generous and the bread is fresh.

Walked in and the three gentleman behind the counter wouldn’t even look at me . There was one person ahead of me in the store - I walked out and went to five guys next door where everyone greeted me when I walked in - not good

Went in today and they were quite busy. The guys behind the counter were working efficiently and being extremely polite. After I had ordered my sandwich, I went and sat down. I was waiting when I realized that I never gave them a name. I figured that they would probably just call out what it was. That was not the case. I forgot to get his name, but he's a taller guy with blonde facial hair and curly hair. He walked to my table and brought me my sandwich. I hope he continues to just do small little things like that and I hope he gets what he gives
