If you have your order delivered and an item is missing, you cannot get an immediate refund. Per the store night manager, only the day manager has that authority. I was told that if I wanted a refund, I would have have to drive down to the restaurant during the day shift, bringing the exact card I used to place the order, and that I had to accomplish this within 24 hours.

I always want extra sauce but don't ask cuz it's a freakin $5 pizza and I'm not gonna be a dick and do special requests, but dang it don't matter anyways, cuz these folks on point. I know you all don't get paid a lot but thank you for putting the effort in and giving me my moneys worth. Best of wishes and good luck in your futures whatever they be

You can tell from the 6 months ago and now december 13 how the guy with blond hair has a bad attitude not my first time here and same as any other day.. says “i will take your order once its ready” and still stands there keep in mind i can barely hear this guy.. so be it!?? Bad review

The woman up front is so sweet, incredibly fast and kind. But for the love of God fix the air condition in this restaurant. What the heck is wrong with corporate to force their employees to work in 100 degrees around ovens for 8 hours and expect them to be comfortable? It's been out for over 6 weeks, I'm going to be writing corporate, this is inhumane.

It’s bad service because it’s run by men. They don’t know how to multitask. Get some women in charge in there and there will be better service. You go in there nobody greets you and takes for ever to come to check if you need something. I have to literally yell at them and then they have attitude because I’ve been waiting there five minutes and nobody has yet to come to the front.

I didn’t have an issue with the guy working behind the counter. I wanted a cheap dinner option. Got a pizza and 2 garlic butter sauces and woulda been better off paying 2 dollars more at dominoes or Pizza Hut!

The Turtle

I ordered this for my kids the Classic pepperoni and the Halu Hawaiian and they had multiple slices. The next day they both are throwing up and have fevers. My kids are 3 and 4 they are the only ones who ate the pepperoni pizza and the Halu Hawaiian pizza. I had the cheese pizza and I'm fine.
