We always have a great experience at Mod Pizza Magnolia! The staff is super friendly, efficient, and quick, and the pizzas are always fresh and delicious. A big shout-out to Britt, the GM—she makes sure everything runs smoothly and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Service is fast, the team is awesome, and it’s always our go-to spot for pizza!
Today as usual I placed my order online and went to the store, usually it takes me longer than they give me, to pick up at 3:50 pm it said, I arrived at 3:54 pm and my surprise, the pizza was still not ready, lately they change the employees a lot and things don't work out well at all. They have an excellent product, look a little more at your customer service.

You order at the counter and get all of your drinks, utensils, and napkins yourself. They don't bring side plates with the pizza. Know this going in and you'll enjoy the food.
