Restaurant processes make no sense. They were out of chow mein so the lady starts writing all of the orders on boxes and lining empty boxes up on the counter. When the chow mein comes out she continues waiting on new customers in line and just leaves all the boxes sitting. I had to go and ask for my order to get it. Common sense is gone!

They crew here are nice and welcoming, also they are fast getting online orders. The food is never wrong and never had issues here.

Honestly, this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at Panda Express. I ordered through the drive-thru, got home, and found my food completely open and spilled all over the bag. I went back to tell them, and the staff treated me extremely poorly — no apology, no respect, nothing.
This is the last time I’m coming here. Be careful with this location!

Kung pao chicken undercooked. Went in smiling to pick up my online order that was ready to go but was not allowed to get the order until the cashier finished their entire line of people. I have stood in line b4 only to be told to stand in the online area and wait. At this point im just gonna stay away from this paticular panda.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I was asked to wait 15 minutes for fresh noodles, Which was inconvenient, but not the problem. These noodles were Undercooked and barely pliable. The mushroom chicken had no flavor and the teriyaki chicken was ice cold. I literally threw the whole meal in the garbage.

I was trying to place a small order and while I know there is a limited time left I hoped to be able to place my order and enjoy some panda. Sadly I was mistaken and this was surprisingly disappointed

Terrible customer service. Got my entire order wrong like I mean completely wrong after reading it back to me correct.

Family and I had a satisfying and inexpensive lunch from Panda Express.
Clean and affordable, though restrooms need to be updated.
