Pizza Hut Express

Ordered pizza 2 hours ago. The driver called and said he was on his way. After 30 minutes, we called back. He said his GPS doesn’t give an eta and “how about you order from a different store next time, and “I’ll just take your pizza home and eat it.” Apparently, this is acceptable customer service.

Horrible is an understatement. We got there at straight up noon. There were a total of three pieces of pizza on the buffet so before we even sat down, we asked the guy if there would be more put out. He assured us there would be. Well, there were two other tables of people sitting and waiting. We should’ve known better, but we waited too. One table left. They brought out 2 pizzas in 47 minutes. We eat ate this Pizza Hut about four times a month rather it be for the Monday madness or the lunch buffet. Tonight we went and there were only four tables of guests in the restaurant it took about 5 minutes to be greeted at our table we placed our drink order and food order at the same time. One pizza, one order of wings a order of breadsticks and an individual pasta.
