I stopped by Smoothie King today and Katy was the one who helped me out, and honestly she made the whole visit way better than I expected. The place had a good vibe, super clean, and she kept everything moving without making it feel rushed. She asked what I usually get and actually helped me pick something better, and she was right it came out perfect.
You can tell she cares about what she’s doing and makes people feel welcome, which is rare these days. I’ll definitely be coming back just because of how good she made the experience. Smoothie King needs more employees like her.

I know that I am that guy right now. I tried to show up 12 minutes before closing. But if your hours say that you are open until a certain time, you should be open. I hate it when customers come in last minute but my door remains unlocked and I still help them regardless.
