I ordered using the app and had my mom pick it up, and they didn’t give me everything I payed for. I don’t drive so I’ve been trying to call but they keep hanging up on me.

I go to this smoothie king daily sometimes even get 2 smoothies a day but not anymore after today! I placed a online order 15 minutes before I arrived and it wasn’t ready and that was ok but then I get there tell them I’m here for my order and watch them make 8 smoothies for people who walked in after me! I waited 25 minutes and had to remind them I placed an order and all they had to say was oh my bad. I loved going to this smoothie king and I get they got busy but to place multiple orders and to forget about the one that’s sitting right in front of you? Come on now! I won’t be coming back

IM TIRED OF WASTING MY MONEY HERE. I LIKE THE ISLAND IMPACT. BUT ITS Awful & watered down. They are NOT putting all the ingredients in the drinks. Their recipes are either messed up or they are out of items and failing to tell the customers. Every other smoothie king can make it better. But EVERY time we have picked up a drink here, watered down and is missing ingredients!!! WILL NOT RETURN. WHEN THE DRINK HASMORE OF A WHITISH THAN ORANGE COLOR AND TASTE MORE LIKE ICE THAN ANYTHING ELSE...SOMETHING IS WRONG. I TASTE NO PROTEIN POWDER. NO PINEAPPLE. FIRST IT WAS YOUNG TEEN GUY WHO MADE THIS AND TODAY IT WAS LADIES IN THERE. TODAY WE ASK FOR MORE MANGO. MAYBE IT WOULD DO THE TRICK. NOPE. THEY STILL R MISSING INGREDIENTS. SO WHATS UP WITH THAT??? THIS CUSTOMER KNOWS YOU ALL R DOING SOMETHING WRONG. WHICH IS IT? WRONG RECIPE? EMPLOYEES NOT FOLLOWING RECIPES? OR YOU ARE OUT OF ITEMS???

Smoothies are great BUT I say at the drive thru window for almost 15 minutes and could hear all of the staff yelling very unprofessionally. To the point it made me very uncomfortable. And they kept running past the window and joking around. I ordered two very simple smoothies. Gladiators with one fruit added. Not to pick on age but it didn't seem any adults were present.

I was there for 20 minutes….for a 20oz and 2 kids smoothies. They seem to careless that I was waiting inside with my 2 young kids. They walked around and talked. Bad service!

Been a frequent customer working out at the gym next door and don’t mind waiting, however my strawberry hill had plastic (yes green plastic pieces. I showed the attendant at 6:03 pm Sunday 10/1/23 and he gladly made me he knew one. He didn’t know why the equipment was dirty but did see the green plastic pieces in my drink. I was not offered a refund but would ask management to please clean the equipment.
The BEST staff working minimum wage I've ever seen, they're so lively and work like lightning. Literally Kachow!!

After waiting for 10 minutes at the window, a teen came to ask if my order was for pick up. However, no one greeted me or offered an apology for the delay. They were all inside, engrossed in their phones. To my surprise, they handed me my order without uttering a single word.

I don't think the staff is very friendly here. Upon walking in, I looked up and noticed an "ORDER HERE sign. So I waited around there, turns out they want you to go deeper into the establishment to place an order. They use the order here area to place completed drinks. Confusing and should probably be changed.Girl at counter wasn't friendly at all. No "hello" or "thank you". One of the girls had a look on her face as if my fly was down or something. I think I even asked her if she was ok? And she didn't respond at all. Just a weird interaction overall.The drink itself was very good. Can't really expect much out of this zooted generation.
