Charged me 26.91 for one 12",2 chips and two cookies. They over charged me 10.00 dollars and not by mistake they added a tipp without me knowing
There is a reason i normally avoid going here despite really enjoying other Subway locations. I have never seen a real manager present before. The kids who work here are not respectful, and do not appear to have any support during busy times.
3:00pm on a Sunday, and your location is out of mayo and pickles… at a Sandwich shop… seriously?

I ordered the salad. It had so much dressing and was horrible. Dressing should be in a container.
They gave me the wrong bread, luckly my child ate it. They also left out the apple sauce. I will not order from here again.

Watch the kid employees working after school hours. Tried to give pickles when I asked for cucumbers and gave me bell peppers when I asked for banana peppers. Thank goodness, He’s still in school!

This subway has gone down hill. The younger guys that work nights are so lazy. I came in at 9 pm, they close at 10pm. They had all the drinks put up, Fresca machines put up, most sandwich ingredients put up and they were sweeping like their life depended on it and I stood and waited until one of them figured out I wasn't leaving and he had to make a sandwich. What a fiasco. The sandwich was a mess. I had to repeat every ingredient twice because the guy making my sandwich looked like he was in another world. I asked for extra mayo and he didn't put any at all, but thats partly my fault for not catching it, because I didn't realize until I got home that i had a dry sandwich!He never greeted me, looked at me or asked me anything, and when I tried to just small talk politely while we went down the line, he just ignored me. Okay, needless to say. Not impressed. Customer service is a 0 and sandwich making skills, toddler status. ?

3-1 5:00pm. Walk in to order. 3 workers and they say “we’ll be right with you.” Place is empty. So we wait. AND WAIT!! They never helped us! They kept filling online orders and wouldn’t wait on us! 3 workers. 6 subs in front of them. Ok I get it your busy. But since when do you leave a customer just standing there for 10 minutes?! Ignored us like we weren’t even there! Got my daughter and proceeded to leave. And still not a word from them. I guess my order wasn’t as important as their online orders!!

The only problem I had with the Subway by Brookshire Bros is one of the ladies who works there. Don't know her name but it was the lady with the tooth missing in front. She was very rude to an elderly customer who was in line in front of me. She told her I can't read your lips so you're going to have to speak
