Hi! I came here with my family recently as a tourist and all i have to say is wow, some of these reviews are out of date. The food here was STUNNING and delicious, and made very well! I ordered one of the hand rolls specifically and it was very good. The nori on it was crazy good and brought me back to when i was younger and would have nori at my friends house. The lady who works here is also really nice and the newer worker guy seems really cool! I'd definitely recommend coming here and trying out the food if you have the time!

Brought the family in for some quick rolls and wasn't disappointed. I got the ramen and loved the broth. We will definitely be back.

We always have a great experience here. The sushi/sashimi is very high quality and the prices are pretty standard. We even ordered a bunch of sushi and she surprised us with a boat!

They do have a fairly large variety of options apart from sushi, so I thought I’d give that a try. I got their bento box a, while my partner got a Philadelphia roll and spicy tuna roll and we both ended up disappointed.
I think the most flavorful thing I ate was the salad because there was some dressing on it, but otherwise everything was so bland. The chicken had some teriyaki sauce on it and was pretty well done, but the rest of the dish had 0 flavor. Even the tempura veggies didn’t seem to have salt/pepper (which turned out to be 2 slices of carrot, one onion ring, and one zucchini slice). The soup tasted like fish water.
My partner ended up handing me the rest of his roll because he couldn’t eat it. For a place that identifies as a sushi spot, it was very disappointing and will not have us coming back for more.
On the up side, the service was very pleasant and the atmosphere was nice.

Great spot for a quick bite to eat. Their sushi is made fresh in front of you and the gyoza is crispy and delicious.

It's always delicious. We've been coming here for a few years and the sushi is great! Bonus that people in the area don't want to leave their house and order it to go, so the restaurant is never busy inside. You can come in and sit wherever you like and have a good time

I came here because of the reviews, but there was nothing fresh about my experience. I have eaten at many sushi restaurants in Texas trying to find some of the best hidden gems of Japanese flavor. While the service was excellent, I can confidently say that this was the worst sushi I have even gotten from a restaurant that claims to be dedicated to sushi. The rice was bland and tasted starchy, which typically indicates it wasn't full rinsed prior to cooking. I ordered the queen Maki roll, and the crab was extremely dry (almost sandy in texture) with pieces of shell in it, one of which got stuck in my throat. Typically crab is mixed into something like mayonnaise to give it flavor and prevent it from drying. The roll was very small despite paying 15 dollars. I also got a side order of their Kani salad, which had almost no sauce on it and huge chunks of cucumber, which I've never seen in Kani salad before. Their California and shrimp tempura rolls were were very bland but not overly offensive; they ended up being one of the best things that got ordered, but none of the food was good. I expected this place to at least hold up to its reviews, but it failed badly. I'd recommend traveling just slightly farther to find a better place if you're looking for sushi; I can't believe I spent 50 dollars on some of the worst sushi I've ever had (only sushi that has been worse is Walmart sushi and frozen sushi from Aldi's). It doesn't seem like this place cares about their food and only cares about the money it makes them.

This place never ceases to amaze! I work mobile in the area, and yesterday I needed a quick bite before having to get back to work. Not only was the staff really professional and pleasant, but they were quick with the food and check - the taste and food quality didn't suffer either.
They have the faves, such as Shaggy Dog, egg rolls, gyza... Every time I have a sushi craving + tizers, they're always a great pick!

Update: Husband got food poisoning.
Definitely not going to order from here again unfortunately. My crazy roll was 13.99 for the tiniest portion I've ever had (picture shows what's left after I ate 2 rolls). It was also not tasty. Forced myself to finish because it was expensive. The side house salad was pretty sad. The chicken teriyaki at panda express is better than it was here. Pretty bummed! Guess we just won't be coming back.
