Awful service. One cook in the back on his cellphone of course things get done on his time and not the customers. Maybe do something about this location some people would love to take over that job. A/C seemed to not work as well seriously get this right.

Came today around 4:36 and Natalie was my host she was very sweet! And even repeatedly apologized to me when she thought she ignored me even though I told her she didn’t! The other people working with her were working all hard and still being respectful even with the amount of orders they had💗

This is the second time they have messed up our to go order. We ask for our wings dry rubbed and the sauce on the side but they continue to drench them in sauce. Also the new lemon pepper rub tastes like someone squeezed lemon juice all over the wings not a lemon zest. Obviously this isn’t a high end restaurant and I’m dealing with teenagers but I at the very minimum expect my order to be correct. I’ll make sure to double check it in the future but I’m not sure the wings are even worth returning for at this point

I never have any problems when I go inside and order it’s always hot fresh and correct. Employees are all teens but they seem pretty chill and are nice. I have even ordered online and never had problems.

Had order over $50 worth of food to be delivered Thursday July 3rd not knowing they were delivering door dash. “It was on them.” I was told. When my food arrived, the seal was ripped open and the bag was a mess. I waited 4 days expecting a call from the manager, he NEVER called. I called today, Monday July 7th and when the manager was talking to me, he was rude and expected me to count every wing that was in my order. My son is autistic and a germaphobe, so I was out even more money to replace my family’s food. Manager told me he would get in contact with door dash and call me right back. He left, without a phone call.

Extremely disappointed. The food was overcooked and dry, even with the sauce. The website and app crashed, so I had to call in, only to be put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up when I saw no one was even in the restaurant. Poor effort and low-quality food. I won’t be returning. The other location closer to the freeway is so much better. It’s definitely worth the longer drive.

I order from Wingstop probably once a week. It usually gets sent by the other Wingstop in Magnolia by the Kroger and I have NEVER had to complain about anything! I ordered through Doordash today and I always order with Blue Cheese and its delicious and I have never had an issue. I bought 3 Blue Cheese dips today, and I receiived ranch which I absolutely HATE. Honestly, not having the blue cheese completely ruins it for me, but the wings are always delicous anyway EXCEPT today for the first time ever that I have ordered Wingstop - the wings had NO SAUCE on them! Like I actually licked the wing and NO sauce! I was really infuriated. The order came by Door Dash and I thought it came from the Wing Stop by Kroger. I called them, and they immediately apologized! They were so kind and professional. When they could not locate my order they said it may have come from their sister store, and they actually called this store and confirmed my order was sent by this location. They gave me the phone number, apologized, and said they should give you a full refund. So I called this store, and the person I spoke to, Jeffrey, was not at ALL like the person at the other store. No apology! No offer to refund! He argued with me and said there was NOTHING he could do! I said well AT LEAST give me a refund for the 3 blue cheese dressings I paid for that you did NOT give me, and he literally said he had NO way to do that! I said REALLY? You have no one in your store who can give a customer a refund for an item they did NOT RECEIVE? He said his manager would have to do that, but his manager was not in the store! No apology, no refund for the crappy wings! I'm blown away! I lLOVE Wing Stop! Their wings are aweomse, and I have NEVER had a problem until now! Lesson learned! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! i actually said to Jeffrey, so you do not care about customer satisfaction or customer service - and no answer! I asked him to please get someone who could assist me - and then he put me on the phone AND NEVER CAME BACK TO THE CALL! RUDE! Of course Jeffrey does not own the stoe! If I were the franchisee I would be furious! Jeffrey doesn't have thousands of dollars of his hard earned money invested in building a business! If the owner reads this, I would seriously take another look at your staff! Customer service is the hallmark of loyalty and repeat business!

Honestly, I never complain. It has to be really bad for me to complain, but when I do, I fully expect some decent customer service! They needed AT LEAST to give me a refund for the dressing I did not receive! Honestly, they should have at least offered a discount to use on my next order! I had ordered extra wings - I like to do that because we have an air fyer and these are amazing reheated, but I threw these wings out! they were disappointing fresh, so I certainly did not want them reheated!

Occasionaly I would order from this location, but I WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! I am sharing this experience on TikTok as well because it is important to share with the community to help others avoid negative experiences! If I have bad customer service once, I will never come back, but good customer service and I am a customer for life!

The wings always slap at this location and they have really improved in making orders specifically like you ask. The diet drinks always taste weird but they sometimes have diet drinks that they will give you instead.

This wingstop is literally the definition of bare minimum effort and taste. The food is either bare minimum for your money or absolutely trash. Unfortunately I have ordered here atleast 10 times cause no other option closer and out of the 10 orders 2 were acceptable and 8 were missing items or not cooked fully fries or wings and flavorings missing literally. Goodluck ordering here.

Called for pick up and got told it would only take 10-20min when i got inside to pick up they couldn’t find my order and kept asking what i got and when they did find my order it took them over 30 min to bring out. I miss my austin location 💔
