We bought 50 wings tonight. It was over $70 and they were NOT COOKED and this is NOT the first time this has happened! We called and they wanted us to drive them back! Such a HUGE disappointment and waste of money! WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! This Wingstop location in Magnolia just does not care about providing properly prepared wings or good customer service to their regular customers! There was also hardly any sauce! I am filing a complaint with the corporate office as well as our credit card company! Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Let me start by saying this review is not about the young woman who answered the phone, Nicole. She was amazing, professional, and the only person in that building who showed any customer service. Promote her.
This review is for their so-called “manager,” Trent.
I called at 6:42pm on Sunday to place a simple order: 30 wings (20 Louisiana Rub, 5 Hot Honey Rub, 5 Hawaiian) + large fries, veggie sticks, and ranch. The only things correct were the fries, veggie sticks, and ranch.
We got home ready to watch the Texans game, only to find 16 Louisiana Rub wings missing. Sixteen.
I called back, Nicole apologized and asked us to return with the food. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty and Trent was in the back looking like he was talking down to another employee. He never greeted us, never apologized — just glanced at the bag and walked off saying, “We’ll make it.”
They remade the food, but again… wrong. The “Louisiana Rub” was soaking wet, nothing like a dry rub, and nowhere near what Louisiana Rub looks like. My mom told them, and when Trent walked over he hit us with an attitude and a “what now?” before talking over her the entire time. The box they gave us even had another customer’s name and said 20 Hot Honey Rub on it, yet he insisted it was Louisiana Rub. His ego did not allow him to admit the obvious.
We left unsatisfied and called back once we compared the REAL Louisiana Rub from our original order to whatever he handed us. The difference was obvious, but Trent still refused to acknowledge anything, couldn’t explain why they didn’t match, and rushed me off the phone claiming they were “busy” (they were not).
Bottom line:
This location is a joke when Trent is on shift. No accountability, no professionalism, no basic respect. I genuinely feel bad for Nicole and the other employees who have to deal with that kind of “management.”
Save yourself the frustration — skip this Wingstop.
Worse Service ever! Feathers on my Wings and Dry Fries! The employees are unprofessional and just gossiping about other mangers from I assume other locations. The girl don't even know English! Why you have People from the farmers market running a shift. Wingstop Do Better! Got worse Service ever

Trent the tall skinny cinnamon stick with no name tag was rude. Hung up on me, gave me half my order, when I called back he said come back then and hung up again. At the store stood there with his tail tucked. Tried to tell me he couldn’t refund then said he can, He went from mixing wings to taking cash payment with sauce on his hands. Replace him please. It’s disgusting

Placed an order for pickup, went to pickup and saw the status on the screen by checkout. When my order changed to complete I went to get it and was told it wasn't ready and they couldn't make my food since it's not on their screen anymore. Left with no food and my name on a paper to hopefully get refunded. Worst service!

I’m never coming back to this Wingstop ever again! I placed an order last Friday and when I picked it up, no Problem everything was there and it was fine. But when my daughter started eating and notice the wings were still pink! They gave us raw freaking chicken! I immediately called them which took for ever for them to answer and finally some girl answer and I asked if I can speak to the manager and she was rude asking why I need to speak to the manager. I was told he will give me a call back cause they were busy, ok fine I get it it’s a Friday. 2 hrs later, still no call so I called them. He was so rude so unprofessional pretty much saying I was lying. He said he I will get a refund but still haven’t receive it. Tried calling them but there’s no “manager” on site and he will call me back. Never got a call back.

The service here is fantastic! Every time I come, it’s always a great experience! I definitely appreciate the whole staff especially Natalie for being super nice and having great customer service.

This place is an absolute joke.. to be clear the “manager” is a joke.. orders are always wrong or missing items. You try to get a refund after returning $60 worth of untouched food for a wrong order and the manager doesn’t contact you and avoids you. They are always understaffed, can’t ever reach them by phone. The staff there does their best but clearly have no managerial support.

Awful service. One cook in the back on his cellphone of course things get done on his time and not the customers. Maybe do something about this location some people would love to take over that job. A/C seemed to not work as well seriously get this right.

Came today around 4:36 and Natalie was my host she was very sweet! And even repeatedly apologized to me when she thought she ignored me even though I told her she didn’t! The other people working with her were working all hard and still being respectful even with the amount of orders they had💗

Don’t call them they won’t answer the phone.
This is the second time they have messed up our to go order. We ask for our wings dry rubbed and the sauce on the side but they continue to drench them in sauce. Also the new lemon pepper rub tastes like someone squeezed lemon juice all over the wings not a lemon zest. Obviously this isn’t a high end restaurant and I’m dealing with teenagers but I at the very minimum expect my order to be correct. I’ll make sure to double check it in the future but I’m not sure the wings are even worth returning for at this point

I never have any problems when I go inside and order it’s always hot fresh and correct. Employees are all teens but they seem pretty chill and are nice. I have even ordered online and never had problems.

Had order over $50 worth of food to be delivered Thursday July 3rd not knowing they were delivering door dash. “It was on them.” I was told. When my food arrived, the seal was ripped open and the bag was a mess. I waited 4 days expecting a call from the manager, he NEVER called. I called today, Monday July 7th and when the manager was talking to me, he was rude and expected me to count every wing that was in my order. My son is autistic and a germaphobe, so I was out even more money to replace my family’s food. Manager told me he would get in contact with door dash and call me right back. He left, without a phone call.
