Good food and good service
I don’t know what retired person is always taking orders but she’s frustrating and always gets our orders wrong. Please change her out and give her something else to do that’s not orders. Food is great but they need to stay on top of cleaning their soda machines. Drinks always tastes like socks
Just another hamburger joint.

Whataburger, a popular fast-food restaurant, offers a varied menu that includes classic burgers, chicken sandwiches, and shakes. While some customers have enjoyed the food, others have faced issues with the quality of items like the French fries, which were noted as hot but somewhat soggy, and the preparation of customized orders. However, the exceptional service at one location, particularly from an employee named Lance, has received praise. He took orders accurately and ensured a fast and friendly experience, leaving customers with full bellies and smiles. Overall, Whataburger provides a generally satisfactory experience, with great employees and professional service, while still aiming to offer authentic Texan food. There is room for improvement in certain areas, but the restaurant remains a popular choice for many.
