Bravo company catered a customer lunch and it was fantastic. On time and plenty of portion to cover the count. Customer raved about flavor, and the jalapeño mac and cheese was a hit. Highly recommend.
This BBQ was catered at our office building. They had a trailer setup outdoors and a serving line indoors, serving breakfast tacos with beans, eggs, sausage, brisket and cheese. It was fresh and delicious.
Ordered a frito pie and it was out fairly quickly. But I felt for $10, I should have had more than a serving spoon size of brisket and beans. It was as if they were almost out, but they weren't, it was around 1:30. Felt very cheated & disappointed with this meal.
