Found this food truck a year ago and I can’t get it out of my rotation. Food is amazing, chef/owners is a down to earth guy, come check out the place you won’t be disappointed
I went on a Friday night after finding this truck on Google and noticing katsu curry on the menu. Im a big fan of both katsu and Japanese-style curry, and this truck delivers greatly. Even after driving home with it, the katsu was super crunchy and juicy. The man who made it was really friendly and chill, and he asked me if I liked soup, and offered to switch up the dish a bit.
