Do not recommend! Check your receipts and make sure you get your change back!!
My order added up to $23.80 total. I gave the cashier $25. Did she ever give me my change back? No! Instead she said, “Would you like a cup while you wait?” At first I thought she was offering a free drink while I waited, so I accepted, but then I noticed that she didn’t give me my change back. Not only that, but she didn’t ring up the drink as a sale. It’s a scam, they’re keeping your change and not ringing it up on the system. She never said, “would you like to buy a drink?” She offered a drink. Those are 2 different things. I know it’s just $1.20, but still keep $1.20 from 50 customers and that quickly adds up to $60 dollars stolen from customers in one day. In one week it would be $420, and in one year it would be almost $22,000 stolen under the misrepresentations of getting a “free drink” that isn’t even registered on the register as a sale.
Not only that, but my order didn’t have much of the ingredients, only a small amounts here and there. At other Taco Bell’s, they stuff your order well with all the ingredients.
So disappointing, never going back to this location.

We went here last night for a late night dinner, service was quick but very unfriendly..they didn't even greet us. вечер 😠😒 The rice inside the chicken burritos was dry and hard. 🍚🐔 The new chicken soft taco with avocado was ok but the wrapping got stuck with the taco and was kind of inedible. 🥑🌮 We probably would not go back to this place again. 🚫👎

When I ask at the window if my side of sour cream is in the bag and you answer yes. That doesn’t mean sour cream smothered on 1 piece of my tostada. Do better.

This is the second time I have gone through the drive thru and did not receive all I ordered. I ordered a Chicken Cantina burrito and a crunchy taco. I did not get the crunchy taco. The service at the drive thru is always so so.

This is easily the best Taco Bell - I always receive tacos made fresh with a perfect amount of meat, lettuce, and cheese. I use the app & my orders have always been correct. Everyone that works here as been extremely helpful. Honestly, I hate going to other Taco Bells now. Just wish they had the enchirito but that's not this location's fault.

I ordered online, all of my tacos were prepared wrong. I went back hoping they would fix it. They still got them wrong. Very disappointed.

The worst everrrr! Good always cold. Taco meat be still frozen. The manager Charles act like he don’t know what’s going on in his own store. I sent my 12 yr old daughter to get me food and she said the meat tasted frozen. I told her to ask nicely for a refund, after asking one of the employees dug through the bag and ignored her. I had to get up out my bed to drive up there to get a refund because they ignored the child. They need to close this place down because my food is always cold when I go there but I usually just throw it away but I’m tired of wasting money. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOEN ASAP!!!!!
