Damn good bbq! Came during lunch for their lunch special and got the spare ribs that were fall off the bone! The meat was not smoked too much, but not too little either; it was just right. Also got a slice of pecan pie (homemade) which was amazing. I left here every bit full and satisfied. Highly recommend this place! My new go to bbq lunch spot!
You don’t know what your missing if you haven’t been”Traditional.” & I Always give four ⭐️’s cause of course there’s always something to improve on, even in this near perfect bar - b - Q. And I mean right on Que! And the dudes are cool af, chilling out with Billy Bob, and the owner too!
Happened upon this BBQ spot when I googled for food near me in Manor. While standing in a short line to order, I saw plates of BBQ going by. The generous portions of meat and sides that looked great!
I wasn't too hungry so I ordered the Sliced Brisket Sandwich. It was stacked with lean smoked beef. The lean brisket was slightly dry but the homemade sauce made up for it.
I will try a plate next time
