First of all, I am sick at home I the bed. I sent someone to pick up an order that I placed form the Chipotle portal. I attempted to place the order at their Broad location in a Mansfield, but the website automatically directs you to the 288 location so when you pick up your order you have to drive across town 15 minutes to get your ice cold burrito. I swear i hate this location . I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt . But they always seem to disappoint me . Tables are ALWAYS dirty . Even when they are slow and barely have any customers. The staff is unprofessional , too busy trying to hold conversations within them selves that aren’t work related instead of focusing on the guest/customers .
