Terrible management. Ordered pizza for my staff after a long day they had an evening meeting. It should have arrived around 6:00pm, got delivered close to 7:00pm. When you order it the approximate time is poorly miscalculated. Talked to Kenneth around 6:30pm, he said we were the next stop. I asked how long because if it was another 30 minutes or so it wouldn't be worth it. This store does not function right, they ALWAYS forget something, take over 1.5 hours to deliver, have poor customer service, and when you call to check on your order because it says it was out of the oven and in "quality check" for over an hour they tell you they are packing it up right now...then they show up 35 mins later. I mistakenly typed a wrong number for my order and confused the driver. However, even with the mistake, it got to me way faster than the pizza hut driver with correct info did. I apologize to the driver but she is good and a great employee who really tried to do the right thing!
