I miss the previous male manager!! Ran a good line and always clean with lots of workers.
I went 8/13/23 and manager female was NOT friendly. I saw slow service and workers possibly new but no team work.
My sandwich was not hot, ice cream machine not working and plenty of dirty tables.
I won’t be back. There are too many places to grab a bite and I may just try the new Grand Prairie location.

My husband and I are staying with my father who has dementia while my mom is at chemo.
I called at 12.20 to order and have our lunch delivered(my dad is diabetic) was told it would be delivered around 1.00, great!
1.25, still no sign of our lunch, haven’t heard from Jason’s telling us anything. I called the store to find out what was going on. The person who answered said it hadn’t been picked up yet, they contacted DoorDash to pick it up and deliver.

I ordered on the app, as I frequently do. Set pick up time as 6:12. I pulled into the drive thru at 6:05, behind 3 cars that were already there. At the speaker I said I had an online order. They didn’t ask my name, just told me to pull forward. I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes.
