Horrible location!!!!! General manager Alfonso is very rude we went to this location and a employee named Michael pulled 2 knives out on my husband in front of my son, and we asked many times for the guys name no one wanted to give us the name of the employee who pulled out the knives, called corporate got one call that it was being investigated! Went back maybe 1 time after this incident and Alfonso actually took our order and gave us the food! Well today they had us waiting...read full review
Customer Service lacks professionalism!! Managers are rude and don’t have basic courtesy when talking to people.
received happy meals with no toys and a big Mac with no cheese. Fries were cold and stale.
