The Real New Orleans Style Restaurant

Warning: If you have never had really really really good food, this may be a frightening experience for your palate and confusing to your soul. This is not a fast food spot nor is it a restaurant chain experience. This is made from many years of experience, artistry and love of cooking deliciousness! The blackened redfish made me moan a spiritual while rocking side to side. This is a revelation for the people of Marble Falls. You have been blessed by the Lord on High. 😊

The food was amazing! We all tried each other’s plates from the fish, to the shrimp, to the red beans and rice, even my daughter’s kid’s meal was delicious. The service was excellent. My son has played football against Smoking for Jesus for a few years, and he will get to play with them at the all star game in a few weeks. The players greeted us with hugs and handshakes, and we felt like family. We will be back!

We went to this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. Prices was reasonable. Our waitress was Jireh L. She was very attentive to our Family 5 adults and 1 child. Very friendly. And put up with me asking about shirts they wear. I was wanting a red one. They were out of that color. Lol but i really wanted it.
But, anyways we ordered crawfish tails, crawfish macaroni, Crab cakes, Catfish with crawfish sauce, Southern fried chicken platter, cornbread, shrimp platter, fish platter, homestyle Gumbo, bread pudding. It was all delicious and had the right flavor. And you get alot of food. We live 4 hours away from marble falls. I can't wait for the next trip there. We will definitely be going back to this restraunt. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Parking: Plenty of parking spots. Easy in and out.

Kid-friendliness: They put crayons an a paper with a drawing to color.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can push wheelchair up to the restaurant door.

Everything was great about this restaurant. We especially appreciated the lack of music that we didn’t have to try to talk over.

We just happened to go to Marble Falls area of Hill Country for our 2 year old to attend the pumpkin patch down the road.
I had to at least get a to go plate, and it was well worth it coming from South Austin area. I had blackened catfish & shrimp with green beans, w/side cup of gumbo (it was to hot outside for a big bowl) along with a sweet tea. It was delicious, and I know we'll be returning for the spring time for strawberry patch season, so I'll definitely be trying something else on the menu. Maybe even some crawfish during the season.

Good food, but if they have more than a few tables at lunch, you're sometimes forgotten about.

Stopped in for an early dinner. We ordered the onion rings for an appetizer. They were the best ones I have ever had!!! So good that I ordered two more. I ordered the gumbo for my meal. It was delicious! My wife ordered three different vegetables for her meal. She said they were good. Our server Yatta was so friendly and polite. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Marble Falls.

Ordered catfish but instead got what tasted like the much cheaper Swai. I feed my dogs swai bc i do not like the taste nor texture. Im glad im not allergic to Swai!!!

The best oyster poboy I've had in Texas. Authentic New Orleans food that is prepared very well. We will return often! Very friendly staff.
