Service was quick, staff are very nice, and the food is just delicious ! Quality food at the value of purely organic and a better alternative. I’ll be returning !I’ve tried the pizza which was so savory, while for sweets, my favorite being the Sweet Buddha pictured below.
Wow - what a great pizza!!! It is certainly a hidden gem in Presidio. Made based on a fantastic sourdough and baked exactly how you would expect it in Italy. I had margarita with extra jalapeno peppers (not pickled but fresh) and I must admit that it was one of the best pizzas I ever had. You must try it!Vegetarian options: There are two pizzas that are veggie - 3 cheeses and margarita. Both can be enriched with spinach, jalapenos, and a few more ingredients. What an amazing pizza!!! The crust was so flavorful and the topping were amazing. Loved that most of the topping were locally sourced. The owner was so kind and made me a gluten free crust a near impossible thing to find in Marfa. My husband had their traditional sourdough crust and said it was great. This pizza was worth waiting till Friday when they open up.
