Great service, chic atmosphere, very expensive. I ordered the white pizza. Needed to send out a search party for the toppings. $22 for a personal size pizza that was as chewy as a truck tire and as pleasant to eat. Good grief. Caesar salad was good but again very expensive.

It tasted like it came straight out of an Italian kitchen. So fresh, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. You can tell they’re doing things right back there. If you’re in Marfa, do not skip stopping or staying at LaVenture / hotel Saint George—it’s worth the trip alone.
