Please be prepared for longer wait times. But honestly, people need to loosen up their expectations and consider their environment. We are in the middle of the desert, not in an ultra industrialized area. If you are starving, impatient and uptight, head elsewhere. Came in last night with my family and our dogs, took about 15 mins to get seated but we were accommodated, a table was brought outside so we could be sat with our pups. The gentleman with the sling that sat us alerted us that wait times would be longer. It took about 20 mins to get our drink order but again, we were fine with this, especially upon tasting the cocktails and the prickly pear limeade. Worth it. We placed our food and drink orders together as we picked up on context clues that service was gonna take longer than usual - people who wrote horrible reviews should give that a try. Anyway, our food took about 30-45 mins to come out but everything was incredible! We had the queso as a starter and our mains included the pasta, filet, and french dip. We finished up with some ice cream. One of the best meals I’ve had in Texas. Just chill and have a nice time.

Me and my group of four family members have been going here for a few years now, and we absolutely love it.
The environment is chill for adults and children of all ages.
Prices are great and the food is amazing.
I can't say enough, especially about how good the cheesecake is.
Drinks are always spot on as well.
The staff is terrific.

Certainly a great place to eat. We sat on the patio. Cool and breezy. The atmosphere was enjoyable. Our waitress was flawless. Making recommendations when asked. We all decided on burgers, which were grilled to perfection. The fries were string fries, which were also cooked to perfection. Several diners had their dogs with them , which was fun. No disappointment here. Excellent!

We stayed in Marfa on a Sunday night, so dinner options were limited—but this place was amazing! I had the wedge salad with chicken and ginger dressing, which I highly recommend. My boyfriend had the hatch chile burger with fries and also highly recommends it. If you're in Marfa, definitely check them out!

Really enjoyed this place. The food was really good. I ate a burger, steak frites, and the filet in our multiple visits.
Dog friendly patio!

Nothing disappointed, will definitely return next time.

Very chic atmosphere. Limited menu. Unable to rate food because we walked out. Obviously they were short staffed, never was able to place order before losing patience.

Dinner here was INCREDIBLE, quite possibly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We had the Cheese plate, Starr Burger, Grain Bowl, and house made cheesecake. Everything was very fresh and super flavorful. The ambience was really lovely - not to mention, we had great live music by Houston Sonhouse. Service was so friendly. Will definitely be coming back again 💛

Foods great, service sucks… especially at the bar.. waiting 20mins for the check just for him to ignore us and having to ask again….

I brought a group of scuba divers to Marfa with my scuba shop Sea Shanty Scuba, and called ahead as we had a large group. There was an unanticipated SNOWfall in the desert that day. Shortly after we arrived and the friendly staff seated our group at a table that was set up and ready, the electricity went out. It seemed like a local outage. Despite this, the staff continued to serve our group amazing food and drinks and kept the flow! We really enjoyed the service, food and atmosphere! Thanks!

Marfa doesn't seem to be a beer town. Water stop has an IPA on the menu that they brought in a glass. Had the classic burger, which was fine, and the Texas Margarita. Friendly staff, all good.

We had the bean burger (mayo is default vegan at this joint) with the fries which were both really tasty.. even for a bean patty! 3 stars because the service was super super slow and there was only one vegan option. Cute spot too with lots of interesting decor

I'll keep this short and sweet, everything was ate was amazing. We spent a day in marfa as part of a week long trip to big bend, stayed in terlingua... all that to say this was the best food we ate on the whole trip, the best food I've had in awhile. Amazing flavors from simple dishes.
