The best BBQ I ever had was in 1977 in a gas station/BBQ pit. I have been searching for BBQ better than that for 45 years, today when I stopped into Whup's BBQ, I finally found it. Best BBQ ever!
Hidden Gem with awesome BBQ, sides, banana pudding, and hospitality. All of the different levels and layers of flavor you will not be disappointed. If you are passing through Marlin, like we were -it is a must stop ✋ ?

You want some great BBQ!? Well if you're out in Marlin Tx the place to go is Whup"s Boomerang BBQ. I love this place. I love their BBQ. My favorites are their brisket, pulled pork and sausage. I get a plate with one or sometimes 2 meat choices with a side of potato salad and baked beans. It comes with a slice of bread and pickles and onions. I top it off with a glass of sweet tea. Yum.
