There was only one guy on duty for the whole lunch run and he was over whelmed with customers some customers got tired of waiting and left. And i arrived after three o'clock and he was over whelmed by customers and he stated he had bread sitting on the counter in the back that needed to be cooked it has been sitting there for 3 hours . Passing by on a road trip and needed gas. Decided to grab a bite at this Subway. First impression: I was actually greeted as I walked in which is a dying custom now in days, area was clean, fountain drink station was not a mess or sticky. Ordered the Supreme meats with all of the veggies. Bread was soft and fresh, portion of the meats was good and the amount of toppings and condiments were well proportioned as well. The last three times we have gone to Marlin's Subway they have been deficient in some ingredient. The first time an oven wasn't working, so all they had was white bread and couldn't toast it. The next time they had no banana peppers. And today they were out of lettuce.I don't think it is the staff's fault, but a corporate problem. If other Subways are experiencing the same problems, bring on Firehouse Subs!
