Extremely poor service. McDonald’s just got the last penny I will ever spend there. If I was the manager, everyone would be fired. Employees need to pay attention and read the receipts/screen
Order on the mobile app at 6:58 and as of 7:25 order was not sent to the spot we parked at. Arrived and sent the park spot in. It all went thru. My husband edited and waited so he finally went in at 7:25 and they said we didn’t get order. He has the receipt I got and showed to them. Well then it took another 10 minutes for them to make order of two drinks. They need to pay attention at the mobile orders that come in. Really frustrating.
