Chicken Express is a restaurant known for its delicious food, with some variability in staff service and atmosphere. The staff can sometimes be hit-or-miss, and the wait might be longer if you don't call ahead. Despite this, the food is often fresh, hot, and well-seasoned, with popular items like fried liver and chicken breast/strips. Customers praise the crispy, juicy chicken and the biscuits, which are considered some of the best around. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair ramp on both sides. There is plenty of parking available, including spots in a shopping center nearby. The kitchen is the cleanest customers have ever witnessed, and the employees are very friendly. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the consistency of the sweet tea, which can sometimes be too sour. Overall, many find the place clean, the staff helpful, and the experience enjoyable, making it one of their favorite places to eat.
