Rosaria's is a restaurant in a historic building with an intimate atmosphere, featuring low lighting, dark accents, and streamlined decor. The food was delicious, amazing, and absolutely incredible. Everything is a la carte, but the flavor of everything is wonderful. The food is spicy and flavorful, with heat that is well seasoned. The bold, savory, spicy Hamburguesa de chorizo is a must try, and the tres leches french toast was the best French toast kids have ever had. Service was good, great, and friendly, though it can be a bit on the slow side. The restaurant was understaffed and very busy, but the service was still great. Overall, guests look forward to returning.
