Although the Pagan Shaman images on both wine glasses and in metal sculptures on the premises and outdoors let me know I was on the opposite Spiritual Team, co-owner Scott Haupert was a very gracious host and his wines were worth the visit.

Nice knowing the history of the oldest winery in the Mason area, the staff was great and the wine was great.

I wish I took more pictures of this charming wine bar! I’m going to have to go back so I can update this reviews with more pictures. The owner was super nice to us and we had really good conversations with him and other guests at the wine bar. We went on Saturday and Sunday, we loved it so much we had to go back. Sunday after church they had a pot luck as well! My favorite place is the piano room where I was able to play my favorite song. Makes me want to learn more songs just so I can play here! :) the wine they served was amazing, I would recommend one but I honestly forgot the name of it. It was a blanc! The backyard is also so cute, not only will I be a regular here, but the cats are regulars too! Locals know them by name. This is a true hidden gem and I’m so glad I have stumbled across this place!

Scott and Manny are the best. Their wine is great, the Worrell artwork is amazing.

We come to Mason once a year for a huge offroad event that not helps boosts the local economy, but have also raised alot of money for the rebuilding of the courthouse. We were eating at a local restaurant and the owner of this winery came up to us and basically scolded us for parking in an unmarked gravel lot that was supposedly his private lot...Literally ZERO signage or markers. He was very rude and aggressive and would not stop bothering us until we literally had to get up and pay and leave without finishing our drinks. He them went to a table and was loud and talking about us to everyone. Apparently he is like this to others. His name is Manny and if he treats his customers like this, I sure wouldn't ever go there...Be a good human Manny, not a j***

Mason, TX has so much charm downtown. Great small businesses with a welcoming atmosphere. Except for the owner of Sandstone. He is rude and disrespectful. While patronizing another VERY GOOD restaurant, he entered and hunted us down for parking in an unmarked, unsigned area, claiming we were violating his private property. First of all, note there was no signage. Second, he entered another establishment and asked every patron if they were parked in his beloved gravel lot. He was incredibly rude, interrupted our meal, and DEMANDED we move even after we apologized for parking there despite his lack of signage. I would rather drink Boone's Farms than give this man my money.

I'm either going to flirt with the cute bartender or I'm going to pick up my extra large hand crafted sangria margarita swirls! Good atmosphere, great people and always a fantastic time. Nobody squished grapes like these folks!

I can't recommend this place enough. I was visiting relatives and they took me to Sandstone winery. The people, the wine, atmosphere, everything was absolutely perfect! Please be sure to check them out if you're near Mason Texas!
