This place is the jam when you catch it on a Saturday afternoon going back to Midland or Lubbock from the Hill Country! It feels the same just like it did 10yrs ago, except with an even more awesome, fat tortilla pita bean and cheese burrito :)
Lots of options for vegans. We had the Squash Gordita Plate and they modified the crispy taco plate to have the squash mix instead of beef. Very accommodating and super friendly. Rice, beans, potato dishes, and flour tortillas are all vegan. All their items are made fresh onsite every day. The food was fresh, and the salsa was hot just the way we like it. I had the toquito plate. I really like the lime on the side. I had to order sour cream and guacamole as extra to dip the crispy toquitos into. The drinks are self-service. The service was friendly and helpful. The restroom was acceptable.
