Please have your food prep staff/workers change gloves after handling money or touching the checkout screen. The same checkout screen your customers touch. I was so turned off that I had to remind the female worker to change her gloves after she handled cash, the screen, then touched the opening of the bottle where the crema and mayo come out of. That’s cross contamination. She needs to retake that food handlers course again.“

“I love Ice Palace it could be a bit pricey but it's worth it every time I drive by to order something the staff is always very kinds and listens to the way i like my orders I have like five years being a Ice Palace customer other then that Ice Palace is the place I love buying my most favorite snacks and the only thing they don't have is Fried Pickles but other then that I'm very content with their items they sale“

“Ok, this is seriously one of the best snacks places around. From a simple and inexpensive raspa, to a fancy "Rusa or Chamoyada Loca". So many options to eat "mugrero". You will not regret it trying this place. The owners are often there and are super friendly. Right now with the pandemic, it's only drive thru, but once things are back to normal, you will get to experience their personal service. Great prices too!“

“Just order corn on the cup. It's pricey and it's okay not over joy about it. Male attendance that was there not too happy about something. He got my money but no thank you. I live close by for the past 27 years, i have been there only three times. They went from a single shack to a huge drive tru building now. Employees like that won't keep the business like it was before. For snow cones I go to Sno-wiz on business 83 and they have lower prices and better quality in the mix.“
