“I love Ice Palace it could be a bit pricey but it's worth it every time I drive by to order something the staff is always very kinds and listens to the way i like my orders I have like five years being a Ice Palace customer other then that Ice Palace is the place I love buying my most favorite snacks and the only thing they don't have is Fried Pickles but other then that I'm very content with their items they sale“

At times, you will have to wait about an hour when everyone is rushing to the snack shop. If you make it before or after rush hours, they are pretty quick with giving you your orders. As I said before, the staff can be a little off. I once went and there was a very rude employee giving me looks and laughing at my Spanish. I never ran into her again, but it was very displeasing. Another time one of the men didn’t even know what I was ordering even though I’ve ordered that same item before. I wasn’t too mad and just simply ordered something else because I knew he was new. Even after these downsides, I still continue to and will still continue to come here due to their great snacks and combos.“
