“I’m in town from Illinois this week and have tried to go to 3 places to get raspas because they were supposed to be open. They were all closed. I called Los Gringos and they were open. My parents got a Strawberry Delight Raspa and I got the Pineapple Delight Raspa. Hubby got an Oreo Shake. They were all really good.LeRoy the new owner was patient and helpful. “Their elotes en vaso are BOMB! Ive tried alot of elotes in the valley but these are amazing! Best part of all is that they drain the corn first that way its not watered down. Their hot cheetos are super good as well! The cheese is on point not like other places where it is thick or watery. Their portions for the price are also really great! Definitely my go to place! ❤️“

The have a smorgasbord of menu options ranging from snow cones to ice cream, to frito pies and the list goes on.While all the snacks I have tried have been flavorful, the only draw back is that there are no posted prices for any of the items. “I went with my husband and a group of friends. I bought a Clamato with shrimp. It was AMAZING. I had also asked for Cornuts so he put them on the shrimp mix in a bowl attached to the top of the big cup. The mix consisted of shrimp, Cornuts, cucumbers, peanuts, diced pickles, and some hot pepper powder!It was BOMB.“

“Snow Ball Express is a great Raspa Stand! They have a variety of snacks ranging from raspas all the way to Clamatos Preparados! The wait time is long though, sometimes you can be there close to 30 minutes before you get your order in. They do not open at 12 as advertised they open at 12:30 so be on the lookout for that! Overall! Great quality of products, fair prices, and good location at Donna Texas.“
