As far as CFA goes in the valley, 10/10. Even from people with a CFA background, this place exceeds expectations in both food and service. Emiliano's conversation and accommodation at the window only amplified how excellent everything was even pulling in the drive through right at 11. Did not seemed rushed and still smiled and embodied second mile service and servant leadership. Core 4 more like core 400.
I frequent this Chick fil a, but the other day I had a troubling experience. I was ordering in the restaurant when I see this manager blue shirt “Rollie” on the name tag. He goes up to an employee and very rudely tells him “you can go now” and even does a hand gesture-telling him to go away. I think he saw me see that and corrected himself for show.
