This place is the worst!! Food I’ve ever eaten and that’s the start! Service is super fake, they make it seem like it’s a up scale exceptional thing. When it’s just meat and potato simple as that. Homemade is so much better! I went there only bc bank invited other wise I’d would have chosen Taco Palenque better choice!!!Cossa Messa gives you heartburn and I don’t suffer from HB ! Server adds additional cost to your bill without your consent! That’s horrible! Host was too ignorant to offer suggestions on menu believe me I asked! I won’t go there to eat maybe have a drink but that’s it!Cheap food with an expensive price!Que feyo!Adios ?

Cheese enchiladas definitely disappointed. First time dining in at Costa Mesa in McAllen off expressway and will be the last time. Enchiladas lacked sauce, I have never been served enchiladas that expose the bare tortilla , I'm so used to being served saucy enchiladas everywhere else. Not only was food disappointing but service was horrendous,our server hardly refilled our table's drinks or come to check on us ,and to end the night he spilled some sort of pungent white dip on my blouse and stained it .

At Costa Messa my group of friends celebrated our birthdays, we go at least once a month..Excellent service, the girls who receive customers are very attentive, the waiters with a lot of professionalism and professional ethics, we love the treatment and above all the exquisite comfortable room they have ???We just talked and laughed out loud haha sorry!Parking: Ample and secure parking!Kid-friendliness: Yes, I have seen that families bring their children and have a good time ?Wheelchair accessibility: I haven't seen wheelchair access, I guess they must have it because it is a very equipped place!

I was a little disappointed in the enchiladas, but it was replaced with chimichangas, and they were amazing. The manager and waitress were super nice. I'm definitely going back.
