the only reason I'm saying this is cuz I work your food is not fresh at all it's put in the hot box and kept there for hours even if it's no good just try to send it out in the customer complaints I just switch it out if you complain the managers who I call friendly but as soon as it come to the back they tell us how much of a b**** or a f****** idiot that person was I'm just speaking the truth today I got yelled up at my managers and I got fired for standing up for myself and my coworker I just simply told the manager please do not be yelling at us he told me to go home and the main manager Eli was there me thinking he'll be a professional I went and told him he told me to shut up and to go to the office those are his words then when I tried to explain to him he told me to shut up again I'm erased his chin up like want to be gangster and and told me you better understand who you're talking to he's like you're working for us don't tell them I'm trying to be on your team and he told me to go home and never go back most of your food is Frozen the other half is cooked halfways and kept in the fridge if you order any chicken fried chicken tender so homestyle chicken or the turkeys kept in the hot box for hours and they're still feed to you it just really upset all I said was don't be yelling at us were people awesome and then if you try to ask him for help they tell you they don't get paid enough for that this is literally the worst place I've ever worked at there is no structure and the managers literally yell at everybody I have people there that have pictures of the unsanitary place that that place is

Manager needs to be trained better especially when he tells us we need to hurry up and leave!!! I'm a customer just because I was with a CB employee!!! They are still a customer after they are done with their shift!!

Our order was brought out wrong and items missing. The grits seemed to have been sitting for many hours, the bacon tasted burnt to the point it had very little bacon taste. My wife asked for fried catfish and they brought out baked.

The food was cold not much flavor which is unusual for other Cracker Barrel restraunts

It's okay. Not great. Not bad. Servers were nice. Paying via QR code was something I never had to do before, and honestly preferred being and to pay with card. But overall it was an okay visit. I probably would look for other places next time if I was only looking for food. It's a good option to connect with family or friends over okay food

There were too many people in the place and the service was poor.
