Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Service wasn’t good at all. It took way too long to get our food, several other customers that arrived after us got served before us. Also, they didn't have any small plates for our cornbread. Food was okay, meatloaf was bland (just like last time), definitely not worth the wait or the bad service.

It took an hour for us to get our food. Our server was nice but not engaging at all. Food was bland and not very good.

Had made a reservation in advance because I was going to be short on time but yet I waited an hour and a half to be seated after everyone that came in (with out a reservation) after me was sat simply because I had a “bigger party” it was a party of 4 adults and 2 children… it just shows bad management and poor customer service skills. Definitely will not be returning to an establishment that offers such careless service

The server didn't seem to know what she was doing, she was a bit rude, she even gave us the bill at the same time as our food.

Food was horrible all the way through, the biscuits were hard like rocks when we told our server she said that's how the were in the kitchen. The meatloaf was cold there is no way it would pass any kind of temperature inspection. The gravy was so old it looked like jelly.

Two meal items were not available. Salad came with meal - no time to eat it. Meatloaf was burnt on top. Green beans were mushy. Chicken and dumplings were terrible - tough and watery.

You should arrive early because there is a lot of waiting at 8:00 am, it is a good time, good service, a little late but the food is delicious.

New atmosphere and decor looks nice. Food was not like home cooking as previously experienced. Ordered Southerned Fried Steak. It was not hand battered. It looked like a pre-battered patty that you can buy in bulk from wholesale clubs. It was not fresh and meat was grey in color. Tasted like a frozen patty from a TV dinner. Ordered fried okra and did not receive a bowl as usual. Received 13 pieces of okra and my spouse received 12 pieces in her order. Biscuits were burnt on bottom, did not receive napkins, asked for ketchup twice and both bottled brought were empty and dirty with stale product on the lids. The hostess who greated us (Alyssa or Allison) not sure of the name was very courteous and saw her through the dinning area sweeping, wiping tables, helping others bus tables and serving customers. She was an excellent worker and the only positive action to our visit.

Ordered for curbside and had to get down to pick up order. I noticed my order was on pick up shelf and yet they still had me waiting had to tell an employee to hand over my food. Food was all cold.

Don't bother joining the wait-list. It only matters when you arrive. Waited 1 hour at 2pm on a Sunday only to wait another 10 minutes for the table to be cleaned. Meanwhile, the floor under the table was FILTHY. Prices continue to go up while service, cleaniless and hospitality decline. I won't be back. My husband did speak with the manager who offered to comp the meal. We said no we just wanted him to be aware of the issues
