Amazing Host greeted me, seated me. He walked me through a modifiable menu so I could get Vegan and I ordered the vegan burger with onion marmalade and sub french fries for beet salad .

Food was absolutely amazing. Provenza smash Burger with mushrooms. burger meat was so tender and almost creamy not greasy at all. a I usually feel so bad after eating heavy burgers but not here. We also had the most amazing appetizers Brie and bread with steak and onions that’s was like a burst of flavors in my mouth so amazing. and can’t rave about this place enough, service was top tier, very welcoming and the atmosphere was so warm , music was such a vibe. 10/10 recommend...
Absolutely incredible restaurant! “Incredible” honestly doesn’t do it justice. I’ve never experienced a place that delivers such excellent (10/10) food, service, and hospitality all at once like Diego’s. The steak tacos were outstanding and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Coming all the way from California, I am extremely happy to claim that this is my favorite restaurant in the Rio Grande Valley.
