Food took way too long for the end result. My enchiladas were room temp, and the chicken filling was the size of a nugget. They didn’t even shred it. Taco palenque would have been the better option.
I had been here before on many occasions but it was my husbands 1st time going. Unfortunately he was not impressed with the food or the portions for the price. This place was very good some time back I do not feel the same way now. The decor is ugly and not to my liking it really changed allot.
The mixed molcajete at Callejón de los Milagros in McAllen was absolutely delicious! Full of authentic flavors and perfectly balanced.
The corn tortillas were super fresh and handmade — the perfect match for the dish. The service was outstanding, with staff being kind and attentive the whole time.
This place is a must-visit if you’re looking to enjoy amazing Mexican food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
