A valley treasure El Patos is a family favorite at my house. On a recent online order pick up there was a small mistake with the order which I unfortunately didn’t see until I was back home. I quickly returned and explained the mistake. The manager quickly jumped in and remade the entire order so it would be fresh. What great above and beyond service. The food was excellent and I would have rated it five stars but price claimed one star. Nevertheless if you’re reading this...
You guys need to add napkins and salsa without the customers having to ask. We ordered the guisado and they didn't think to provide napkins when these tacos are messy. Inconsiderate is what that was.
Excellent choice to eat when you are hungry for either breakfast tacos or assorted Mexican food. Everything made fresh to order. Frozen margaritas are very good. Diana, Fred, and Eddie and all the staff are great.
